Data deletion

Effective October 28, 2026

You can ask Hwy 18, LLC to delete the information AdEagle holds about you or your company at any time. This page explains how.

If you have an AdEagle account

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account.
  2. Name the company whose data should be deleted.
  3. We confirm the request by replying to that email.
  4. We delete the account's data, including the data we received from Meta, within 30 days of your request, and tell you when it is done.

To stop AdEagle from running your ads sooner, cancel your subscription in Settings and remove AdEagle from your Facebook business integrations.

If you submitted a Facebook lead form

If you filled in a lead form on a Facebook ad run through AdEagle, we hold that submission on behalf of the company that ran the ad. You can ask us to delete it the same way: email [email protected] with your name and the phone number or email address you gave on the form, and the business that ran the ad if you know it. We delete your submission within 30 days of your request.

What we may keep

Billing records that the law requires us to keep stay with us and Stripe for as long as the law requires. Nothing else is kept. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect.
