Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your account. Your name, email address, a password (stored only as a one-way hash), your company name, website, phone number, location and time zone.
• Your business. What we learn from your website (services, service areas, brand) and the settings you choose, such as your budget and average job value.
• Your Facebook ad account. When you connect it, the access Meta grants us, your campaigns, ads and their results.
• Your leads. The name, phone number, email address and answers people give when they submit your Facebook Instant Form, and where we delivered them.
• Billing. Your subscription status and invoices. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Usage. Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser, used to keep your session secure and find problems.

How we use it

• To run AdEagle for you: build and manage your ads and deliver your leads to the destination you choose.
• To bill you, secure your account and send you messages about your account.
• To fix problems and improve AdEagle.

We do not sell your information or your leads' information, and we do not use leads for any purpose other than delivering them to you.

Who else handles it

We use these companies to provide AdEagle. Each one receives only what it needs for its job.

• Meta (Facebook): runs your ads and sends us your leads.
• OpenAI: helps us write ads and understand your website. We send it your website content and the details of the offer, not your leads' contact details.
• Chiirp: receives your leads when you choose it as your lead destination.
• Amazon Web Services: hosts AdEagle and stores its data.
• Stripe: takes your payments and manages your subscription.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it as described on our data deletion page. We may keep what the law requires us to, such as billing records.

Security

Connections to AdEagle are encrypted, sensitive credentials such as Facebook access tokens are stored encrypted, and each company's data is kept separate from every other company's. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your leads. You can disconnect Facebook at any time from your Facebook settings, and cancel your subscription from Settings. To make any request, email [email protected].
