What AdEagle does

AdEagle helps home service companies create and manage Facebook lead ads and delivers the resulting leads to a destination you choose. It works inside your own Meta ad account, using the access you grant.

Your account

• You must be able to enter a binding contract on behalf of your company.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your login and for the teammates you invite.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Plan, trial and billing

• AdEagle Pro is $297 a month and includes 500 creative credits each month. It starts with a 7-day free trial; we ask for a card at sign-up and charge it when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial months.
• Your Facebook ad spend is separate. Meta charges it to the payment method on your ad account, not to us.
• If a payment fails we may pause AdEagle until it is paid.

Your ads and your content

• You are responsible for the offers you advertise and for following Meta's advertising policies and the laws that apply to your business, including rules on contacting the people who become your leads.
• You own your content and your leads. You give us permission to use them only to provide AdEagle to you.
• AdEagle uses AI to draft ads and suggestions. You approve what goes live unless you turn on Autopilot, and then AdEagle acts within the limits you set.

No guarantees

We work hard to make AdEagle useful, but we cannot promise a number of leads, a cost per lead or any business result, and AdEagle depends on Meta and other services we do not control. AdEagle is provided "as is".

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Hwy 18 is not liable for lost profits, lost leads or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it arose.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using AdEagle whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. To have your data deleted afterwards, follow the steps on our data deletion page.
